I. Promotional Opportunities Provided by the Conference 会议提供的宣传机会
1. Brand Visibility 赞助名誉
Recognition as an official sponsor in all conference communications. 赞助商作为会议的赞助支持单位列入会议宣传。
2. Exhibition Space 展览展示
Dedicated booth area adjacent to the main conference venue. 会议召开期间在主会场外设置展示区。
3. Advertising Channels 广告宣传:
Options include display boards, printed materials, and digital platforms. 展板广告、印刷品广告等。
II. Eligibility Criteria for Sponsors 赞助企业应符合的条件
1. Sponsors must operate in evolutionary intelligence, cybernetics, or related fields. 赞助企业及其产品(或服务)应和进化智能与控制相关。
2. Companies should possess strong industry reputation and brand recognition. 赞助企业应有良好的社会声誉。
3. Products/services must align with the confrence's academic and ethical standards. 赞助企业的产品(或服务)应是所在行业知名品牌,且不得有任何损害会议形象、声誉的行为。
III. Confirmation of Sponsorship 企业赞助的确认
Upon due diligence, a formal Sponsorship Agreement will outline 在验证赞助人资信等情况后,会议主办方将与赞助人签订赞助协议:
• Sponsorship tier and benefits
• Financial commitments and payment terms
• Mutual rights and obligations
明确赞助的形式、金额、交付方式,明确双方的权利与义务。
Note: Sponsorship is confirmed upon full payment receipt. 资金赞助以到账为准。
